What's does my offer entitle me to?
This offer entitles you to a Supercar Experience For One, with no obligation to purchase additional services. This offer is based on one adult, however should your requirements differ from this standard offering, please notify our Take Time Reservations Department at time of booking.
How do I redeem my Supercar Experience For One?
- When you are ready to book your Supercar Experience For One, contact the Take Time Reservations Department on 01565 831 816 quoting your Unique Booking Code to book your experiential gift.
We recommend choosing a few suitable venue options in order of preference. - Phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public and bank holidays. Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored.
- Please note, you can only book your Supercar Experience For One between 1 - 28 days prior to the date of your visit. Same day bookings are not permitted.
Do I require a driving licence?
For all track based experiences, participants must hold a full, valid driving licence with no serious convictions. You must also be able to drive a manual transmission.
Do I require insurance?
Venues provide their own public liability insurance. Individuals may take out their own private insurance. No liability can be accepted for personal loss, damage to property or injury at featured venues. Please be aware that participation in some activities may affect personal/life insurance. Some activities may require a signed waiver form in order to participate. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking. Any cancellations made as a result of a medical condition will not be refunded.
Are there any restrictions?
Age, health, weight, height, fitness and ability or other restrictions may apply to certain activities. Any restrictions will be detailed on the venue’s terms and conditions page. For booking a Supercar Experience For One, participants must be aged 17 or over, must be a minimum height of 5ft, maximum height of 6ft 4 inches and maximum 19 stone in weight.
What do I wear?
Closed-toe shoes with suitable grip for driving, comfortable, well fitting clothes, and minimal accessories.
Do I have to purchase any additional products or services?
You can visit your choice of driving location and have your Supercar Experience For One completely free of charge. However, you may have to supply / purchase additional safety items i.e. gloves, face coverings or balaclavas for certain experiences, please refer to the venue's website for further information. Payment for additional services or products related to your Supercar Experience For One are payable directly to the venue by you (the customer).
Is there an expiry period relating to my Supercar Experience For One?
Your Supercar Experience For One is valid for up to 18 months from the date of issue.
Can I choose whichever location I like?
Yes, the choice is completely yours, providing the Supercar Experience location is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability and venue terms and conditions, which may include age, health, weight, height, fitness and ability restrictions. Featured venues are subject to change.
Can I choose whichever vehicle I like?
Dependant on the location, a selection of vehicles will be available. All vehicles are subject to availability. For confirmation of the vehicles available at the location you wish to book, please ask our Take Time Reservations Department at time of booking. Participants will not be able to specify which vehicle model they want to drive but may request the vehicle brand, these may include the likes of Aston Martin, Ferrari, Bentley and BMW. Remember to ask our Take Time Reservations Department at time of booking.
Do you have more Supercar Experiences than the ones featured in the booklet that I received?
The accompanying booklet features a small selection of participating locations, the website details the full selection for this promotion.
Please note that dates are subject to availability and the venues continuation within the promotion.
Can I bring additional guests?
The offer entitles you to a Supercar Experience For One, additional guests are subject to the venues’ availability and policies. Any extra guests, in addition to the offer, will need to be paid for by you (the customer) directly to the venue.
Can I change my mind after I have made a booking?
Once you have chosen and booked your Supercar Experience For One, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you choose to cancel, your booking your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded.
Can I contact the venue and book directly with them?
No, all booking enquiries are to be made through our Take Time Reservations Department, any bookings made directly with the venue will not be honoured.
What happens when we have made the booking?
Once your booking has been initially confirmed with the Take Time Reservations Department and your chosen venue, we will send you a customer confirmation by email or post, which confirms the full booking details. We kindly ask that you take this confirmation with you and present it on arrival.
